Caitlynn Worden, CPNP
Caitlynn is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, with a background of working in Pediatric Primary Care for the past 2 years, and as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Riley Hospital for Children for 8 years prior. New Palestine is her hometown and she is thrilled at the opportunity to take care of the pediatric population where she grew up! She has 2 incredible daughters, Carsen, 2 years old and Cameron, 4 months old. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, friends, and running. She can't wait to meet you!
Shelby Rohrer
Shelby is from Indianapolis. She has worked as a CNA for 5 years with nursing home and clinic experience. Shelby enjoys being outdoors, concerts and hanging out with friends.
Kayleigh Wright
Kayleigh is a college student currently working towards her bachelors in Child Development with a concentration of Child Life. Her plans are to become a Child Life Specialist. She has experience working with children in schools and by coaching swimming. When she is not studying, she enjoys hiking, traveling, volunteering, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about connecting with others and her goal is to make a difference in the world one smile at a time. Jen and I were both very impressed with Kayleigh's interview; she had a ton of poise, and a great attitude, and will be a wonderful addition to the front office!
The Fishers
This is truly a family affair! Our boys, Xander and Max have been a huge help in setting up the office, and will be helping in the front office as well. My wife, Jen will be the office manager which means she is currently in the middle of a crash course in payroll, HR, and medical jargon, but will bring with her extensive experience with children and their parents from her background in elementary education and facilitating field trips with "STEM" curriculums. as well as her impressive skills at planning events. It has been obvious to me that she is as committed as I am to making Fisher Pediatrics a truly special place for your children.
Amber Jenkins
Amber has worked in the medical field as a CNA and received her Medical Assistant certification in 2022. She is married and has 3 children, two boys and a girl.

Amber has experience working with children as a daycare and substitute teacher. Amber's favorite thing about children is hearing them giggle! In her free time, she likes to spend time with family, take walks, and bake; she also loves house plants. Amber is looking forward to meeting all the sweet faces that come to Fisher Pediatrics!
Kim is married with two boys. In her free time she loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys traveling. She has 15 years of experience working with children in elementary school. Kim looks forward to welcoming you and your children at the front desk as you arrive at Fisher Pediatrics.
