Unfortunately, we have had our first case of measles in Indiana. MMR vaccine is safe to be used at 6 months, but it is not as effective as when given at 1 year of age. That said, if you have an infant under 1 year, it will provide protection, and we are happy to help out. If you child is between 1 and 4 years old, they can get their second MMR vaccine early if they are at risk of being exposed to measles.
